Start With Your Carry List

Count the paddles, balls, shoes, clothing, water, keys, phone, eyewear, and personal items you actually take. Verify the manufacturer's interior dimensions and opening size; a product photo does not prove that every paddle shape or bottle fits.

Compare the Main Bag Formats

Backpack: two-strap carry and more general storage, but size and organization vary.
Sling: compact access and one-shoulder carry, but capacity and load distribution need checking.
Duffel: flexible volume for clothing and shoes, with less structured paddle protection unless specified.
Paddle case: focused protection for one paddle, not a replacement for a full gear bag.

Verify Product Details

Check the number and size of paddle compartments, closure type, lining, padding, ventilation, water resistance, strap range, empty weight, care instructions, warranty, and return terms. “Leather,” “premium,” or “performance” is not enough without a documented material and construction description.

Current Dope Pickleball Status

As of July 25, 2026, Dope's active catalog includes the High Roller Pickleball Paddle Travel Case. The public Manhattan Mint collection contains zero active products, so the previously promoted leather shoulder sling is a concept—not a current purchase recommendation. Its old $95 price and capacity claims have been removed.

How to Choose

Compare two or three products using the same carry list. Favor documented dimensions and terms over appearance alone, and test the loaded fit when a return policy permits. Tournament travelers should also confirm airline, venue, and security requirements.

The amount of detail & thought that went into this paddle & High Roller treasure chest is UN-REAL! When you’re holding this paddle, it feels like the holy grail. There’s something about playing with a paddle that has so much thought that went into it that it’s like playing with an original Picasso & everyone else is playing with copies that have some big brand name on them (boring). If you want to blend in with the sheep, this paddle is NOT for you. If you’re ready to stand out and turn some spectators heads towards your court during games, this IS the paddle for YOU!!!

On the fence

The paddle is nice, it does have some weird markings on one side in the area of the sweet spot don't know what they’re from.Doesn’t effect the performance I guess.There is some cool swag though, keep the stickers, key chains, and dice and give me the hat instead.
