Never received the item and now disputing the charges with my CC company. Extremely disappointing.
Edited 9/13: Never received the paddle, nor the glitter balls! I have reached out to customer service multiple times and never received a response.
I’m now disputing the charges with my CC company. Extremely disappointing. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company.
Ordered these items on May 19th. I received an email that the balls were shipping on May22nd via USPS. It’s now July 4th and USPS tracking reports that they are still waiting to receive the item. There’s been no update on the paddle. I’ve reached out to customer service 3 times now - zero response. I’m now beginning to wonder if this was a scam. Extremely disappointing, as well as frustrating.
The amount of detail & thought that went into this paddle & High Roller treasure chest is UN-REAL! When you’re holding this paddle, it feels like the holy grail. There’s something about playing with a paddle that has so much thought that went into it that it’s like playing with an original Picasso & everyone else is playing with copies that have some big brand name on them (boring). If you want to blend in with the sheep, this paddle is NOT for you. If you’re ready to stand out and turn some spectators heads towards your court during games, this IS the paddle for YOU!!!
In terms of aesthetics and design, this paddle sets a new standard in the luxury pickleball category. Putting performance aside, it's easily the most visually striking paddle on the market - elegant, modern, and undeniably premium.
Received this bundle the other day. I was immediately impressed by the packaging and how professional it looked. Time and effort was very much put into this bundle.
Next day, I got to play with the paddle. I will say, this paddle isn’t gonna be a bullet serving monster, but it is consistent and very pleasant to hit with. Also, the amount of people asking to see the paddle and hear about the DOPE story was fun to share. Excited to see what this company does moving forward!
Thank you so much! We’re pumped you noticed the packaging and detail—it really means a lot.
You nailed it: the High Roller wasn’t made to be a cannon, but a smooth, stylish performer that still turns heads. Appreciate you spreading the DOPE story.
We’ve got more heat coming your way soon!
The high roller bundle sets a new bar for racket sports all over the world. Almost everything you need to step out on the court to dominate. Look good, feel great, play even better!
RJ007! 🔥 You already know how much that means coming from you. We’re working behind the scenes to keep raising the bar—on and off the court. You help make this movement what it is.
Appreciate you always. ♠️
The paddle is nice, it does have some weird markings on one side in the area of the sweet spot don't know what they’re from.Doesn’t effect the performance I guess. There is some cool swag though, keep the stickers, key chains, and dice and give me the hat instead.
Thanks for the honest feedback, Randall—we seriously appreciate it. 🙏
We’ve actually been making some updates on the performance side and would love to get the new version out to you once it’s finished. Any feedback like this helps us keep pushing and improving.
Hopefully the next one earns us that fifth star!
I have liked the paddle so far. It is really light and I feel like it gives me good spin. I got the High Roller package and I am enjoying the goodies. Confused on why we only got one of the gold dice. I thought it would be a pair of dice. Not sure what to do with just one. Can't wait to see what neat stuff they come out with next.
Appreciate the honest feedback, Paul!
We’re pumped you’re loving the paddle and feeling that spin. Totally hear you on the dice—we sent one gold die as a symbolic nod to the single bet High Rollers make when they go all in.
But we love the idea of a full pair… noted for the next edition!
We are working on some upgrades to the paddles performance and will get another out to you to test!
Love my High Roller paddle and swag. Lots of attention on the courts taking out my rivals and collecting Ultra. Just wish I could show it off at tournaments…..come on, let us play USA Pickleball !
Legendary stuff, Robert. That gold-edge swag turning heads on the courts is exactly what we envisioned, and yeah, we feel you on the USA Pickleball situation.
One day they’ll let the gold shine in tournaments. Until then, we will keep cooking the competition.
Love the paddle - super light and the gold chrome edge is DOPE!
Simone, thank you so much! “Super light” and “gold chrome DOPE” is music to our ears.
Keep swinging in style—we love having you in the High Roller Club. ✨
From the moment I opened the box, I knew this was something special. The paddle plays exceptionally well—balanced, responsive, and a joy to use on the court. The quality and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.
But the real surprise was the extra swag! Every item felt thoughtfully included, and the magnetic towel was a game-changer. It conveniently sticks to the outside of my bag, making it super easy to grab when needed.
Overall, this was a fantastic purchase, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for both performance and a little extra excitement in their gear!
Adrielle, this is the kind of feedback we live for. 🙌
We’re thrilled the paddle blew you away and that the magnetic towel came in clutch, those little details are what we obsess over. Thank you for recognizing the thought that went into every piece. Welcome to the High Roller Club!
Phenomenal paddle, I love using it in open courts. Good quality cup and I love the socks too!
Thanks again, Jordan! Can’t tell you how much we appreciate the love. The open courts never looked better with a High Roller in hand—and the fact that the socks and cup are getting love too? That’s what we’re talking about!
The package came fully loaded with everything you need to dominate the court in style: a high-quality paddle, shirt, glasses, socks, stainless steel cup, towel, bags, and keychains. The premium quality and attention to detail make this an absolute game-changer.
Q, you crushed this review thank you!
We aimed to create the most complete, premium pickleball setup in the game, and hearing it described as a “game-changer” makes it all worth it. You’re officially playing in style now!
Welcome to the High Roller Club.
Opening this bundle is like unpacking physical joy and happiness. It’s like pickleball magic explodes forth from the reflections of every gold surface within the High Roller Pickleball Club Bundle. Each item is so nice that I’ve still not used anything, to do so feels like a crime almost- like when you buy a new pair of Jordan’s and refuse to step in the grass. I will 100% be using this paddle though and every little thing in the bundle. When it gets warm out this summer- the public courts aren’t ready for the rays of pickleball glory to shine from this incredible bundle. 5 stars and 5 big booms!
AJ, your review reads like poetry, we’re honored.
Pickleball magic, physical joy, reflections of gold… You absolutely get what we’re building.
Appreciate the love more than you know. Just promise us you’ll take it out and play with it soon!
Welcome to the High Roller Club!
When I opened the the first box I was a little upset because the interior main box was smashed on the corners and all the seems were torn. That being said as I opened the main box all I could do was smile. It’s a master piece. Most likely will never let it hit the court. It is just too good looking to ever let get scuffed. It currently sits in my restaurant as a work of art. I do wish the box that I have was in better condition. Also jealous of the people who got extra surprises in their boxes. I didn’t. But still love the paddle, paddle case, and balls. Can not wait for the next edition.
Phil, this review means a ton, thank you!
Sorry to hear about the condition of the inner box, and we totally get the frustration there. Send us a message and we will get you out a brand new one. We’ll work harder to make sure every delivery is as pristine as the paddle itself.
That said, hearing that it’s now a work of art in your restaurant? Absolute honor.
You’re a High Roller in every sense. 🙌
I wasn't sure what to think of them at first, especially as I am so used to the bright green balls we all play with. But once I got to using them, I loved them. My friends that were playing with me felt the same and now they all want to use those instead. The bounce is cleaner and they don't seem to break like other ones do. So far, I'm loving them.
This made us smile, Bret! It’s awesome how the yellow glitter balls won you and your crew over.
We really tried to strike that balance between fun and quality, and your feedback tells us we nailed it.
Keep shining on the courts. ✨
My experience with the High Roller Bundle from Dope Pickleball Co has been an absolute game-changer! From the moment I unboxed it, I was blown away by the sleek, chrome gold High Roller Paddle. The charged carbon surface provides the perfect balance of power and finesse. Every shot feels crisp, whether I’m dinking at the net or driving the ball down the baseline.
The gold-infused pickleball balls are another standout. They’re durable, highly visible, and perform consistently on any court surface. The paddle case and 40 oz tumbler round out the bundle perfectly, keeping my gear protected and drinks cold during long periods of drilling.
Dope Pickleball Co nailed it with this bundle. The quality, performance, and attention to detail make the High Roller experience worth every penny. If you want to dominate the court while looking like a champ, this is a must-have! Highly recommend.
Michael,
This might be one of the most legendary reviews we’ve ever received. You absolutely got what the High Roller is all about. We put everything into every detail of that bundle to make players feel elite. Appreciate you noticing the quality and performance across the whole setup—from the paddle to the glitter balls to that cold drink staying frosty.
You’re officially High Roller royalty.
The wait was worth it. The paddle is not only beautiful, but plays as well as any of the established lines out there already. The swag that comes with the bundle is all quality. Dope has succeeded in bringing something new and luxurious to the game!
Darlene, thank you so much for the kind words!
We’re so glad the wait paid off and that you’re loving the performance and the style. It means the world to hear that you see it as luxurious and fresh in the game, exactly what we’re trying to bring.
Welcome to the High Roller Club, and thanks again for believing in something different. 🙌
These are a fun addition to your game. Great looking great to play with. Easy purchase. Good company to deal with
Product was great! Extra fun to the game! Play well outside. Received quickly!
Thank you so much, Brittany! We’re stoked to hear the glitter ball brought extra fun to your game. Love that it’s performing well outdoors and arrived quickly. Appreciate the support! 🙌
A lot of time and care for this club bundle pack, way beyond my expectations.
Thanks a ton, Alex! That means the world to us. We put a lot of heart into the High Roller Club Bundle, and it’s awesome to hear it exceeded your expectations. Welcome to the club!
The High Roller is the best looking paddle ever made! Way cleaner than the B&B BS ripoffs!🤣 (🖕B&B)… I haven’t played with it yet due to cold weather, but I tried it in my garage with my DinkMaster and hit a ton of balls into a net. When hitting hard shots the sound is very satisfying, and almost as loud as the Olympus! Couldn’t measure spin accurately but seems to be over 2K rpms so it will shape the ball nicely. I’m glad you went with the hybrid shape as it is my preferred paddle shape. It seems like the High Roller is on par of not better than a lot of other premium paddles currently available! Now I can’t wait for the “Hustler”! 😝
The extras that come in the bundle are all amazing quality. The glitter balls look amazing in sunlight and I will definitely be purchasing more! The glasses are awesome and could be mistaken for a pair of oakleys. The socks and shirt are my favorite part of the bundle behind the paddle! They are great quality socks and the shirt is very comfortable. I can’t wait until the weather gets warmer and be the center of attention at the courts!
Jonathan, you just made our day!
This review is everything. We’re pumped the High Roller paddle impressed you and that the bundle extras like the socks, shirt, and glitter balls hit the mark too. Thanks for noticing the details—and yeah, we agree: it’s way more detailed than those knockoffs 😉.
Can’t wait to hear how it performs once you’re back out on the court. Stay flashy.
The quality of the products, design, aesthetics are truly unlike anything in pickleball right now.
Thank you! We thank you so much for being a member of the High Roller club!
You're awesome and we are so thankful to have you part of our inner circle!
I love the bundle and how amazing it all was but sadly the straw you gave me is broken so I can’t use it.. this doesn’t really take away from the bundle too much but you’d think after waiting four months everythkng in the box would be perfect lol
So sorry about the error with the straw! That must have slipped through the cracks on accident. We will email you and get you out a replacement!
Thank you for letting us know!
Awesome package and worth owning everything included in it. You will love everything in it .
Thank you! We thank you so much for being a member of the High Roller club!
