Cancellation & Change Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as Subscriptions, Pre-Orders, or Try Before You Buy. This policy explains your rights—and ours—if you wish to modify or cancel these purchases. All capitalized terms have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions
When you enroll in a Subscription, you receive recurring deliveries at the interval you select (e.g., monthly, quarterly). Your payment method is securely stored and automatically charged on the schedule you choose.
1.1 Auto-Renewal & Billing
- By default, Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term unless canceled in advance.
- Renewal charges occur 2 business days before your next shipment date.
1.2 How to Modify or Cancel
- You may change frequency, pause shipments, or cancel at any time up to 7 days before your next scheduled charge.
- To manage your Subscription, follow the link in your order confirmation or visit your account dashboard at dopepickleball.co/account.
- Alternatively, email subscriptions@dopepickleball.co with your request at least 7 days before billing.
- Cancellations or changes made within 7 days of billing will take effect on the next term and may incur a late-change fee of up to $5.
1.3 Refunds & Prorations
- We do not offer refunds for past shipments; cancellations apply only to future orders.
- If you accidentally receive an extra shipment due to system error, please return it per our Return Policy for a refund.
2. Pre-Orders
Pre-Order items are not yet in stock but will ship as soon as inventory arrives. We may collect a partial deposit (e.g., 20% of total price) at checkout and store your payment details for final fulfillment.
2.1 Payment & Deposit
- Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law.
- The remaining balance will be charged automatically when the item becomes available and ships.
2.2 Cancellation Window
- You may cancel unpaid Pre-Orders within 48 hours of placing your order for a full deposit refund.
- Cancellations made after 48 hours but before shipment will forfeit the deposit; the remaining balance will not be charged.
- Once your Pre-Order has shipped, it cannot be canceled; returns are subject to our Return Policy.
3. Try Before You Buy
“Try Before You Buy” lets you test select products risk-free. We authorize (hold) the full purchase amount on your payment method upon shipment.
3.1 Trial Period & Charges
- Your trial period lasts 7 calendar days from delivery date.
- If you do not return the item by the end of the trial, the authorization converts to a charge and funds are captured.
3.2 Return Requirements
- To return, initiate a request at dopepickleball.co/returns within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unmarked, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless otherwise stated.
- Once the item is received and inspected, the authorization hold is released (if you returned on time) and no charge is applied.
4. General Terms
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate these cancellation terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
- All cancellations, modifications, and returns are subject to verification and approval by Dope Pickleball Co.
