This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment of products you purchase from Dope Pickleball Co. (“we,” “us,” or “Company”) via our website dopepickleball.co (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms receipt of your order—not acceptance.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing may take longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
  • Verification: We reserve the right to verify your payment method and shipping address before acceptance of your order. If we cannot verify your order, we may cancel it and notify you.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) to deliver your items. Available shipping methods and carriers will be presented at checkout. Carrier names and services are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Domestic (U.S.): Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • International: Calculated at checkout; does not include duties, taxes, or customs fees.
  • Expedited & Overnight: Available for an additional fee where supported by the carrier and destination.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and begin from the date your order ships—not the date you place your order. Estimates:

  • Standard U.S.: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited U.S.: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight U.S.: 1 business day
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Note: Delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our control.

5. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • Import Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be subject to additional screening by customs authorities, which can delay delivery.

6. Risk of Loss & Title

All items purchased from us are shipped FOB origin. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We strongly recommend that you insure your shipment for its full value.

7. Address Changes & Undeliverable Shipments

  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address you provided.
  • Undeliverable or Refused Packages: Charges may apply for return shipping and restocking. We will notify you of any additional fees before reshipment or refund.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

9. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

  • Lost/Stolen: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact the carrier first. We will assist in filing a claim and, if approved, may issue a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged: Inspect shipments upon arrival. For visibly damaged packages, refuse delivery or note the damage on the carrier’s receipt. Contact us within 48 hours at shipping@dopepickleball.co with photos and order details.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, or carrier interruptions.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
