What is the return policy for a High Roller paddle or another eligible item, including the window, condition and return shipping?
For a High Roller paddle or another eligible item, email returns@dopepickleball.co within 14 days of receipt with your order number and reason; the item must be unused or unworn, with original tags, packaging and proof of purchase. Wait for approval before mailing it back; approved returns receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
When is an approved return refunded?
