Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During product drops or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment location in Austin, Texas.

Yes. We ship worldwide, though customs fees and transit times vary by country. Duties and taxes are not included in our prices and may be charged by your country upon delivery.

Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can help.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. You’ll need to return your product and place a new order. That keeps everything smooth for both sides.

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Split payments with Shop Pay Installments are available on orders over $50.

Sign in to your customer account using the email associated with your credit, then choose Apply store credit in the payment section at checkout. Your credit and checkout must use the same currency.

If your balance does not appear, check that you are signed in to the correct account and currency. You can also use store credit through Shop Pay. Credit can cover an initial subscription purchase, but not recurring subscription bills. If you still need help, contact us.

Unlike traditional brands, Dope Pickleball prioritizes both performance and personality. Our paddles feature pro-grade core materials and surface tech, but are also designed to stand out. We believe aesthetics should never compromise quality—and our paddles prove that.

Most of our paddles are made to meet or exceed pro performance standards. Some models, like the High Roller Chrome Gold paddle, were too disruptive for traditional approval. We're here to innovate—not conform.

With normal use, your Dope paddle should last years. Edge guard wear and surface grit loss over time is normal, especially if you’re grinding it on the court. Take care of your paddle, and it’ll take care of you.
