Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During product drops or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Arizona.

Yes. We ship worldwide, though customs fees and transit times vary by country. Duties and taxes are not included in our prices and may be charged by your country upon delivery.

Unused paddles and unopened accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

This never happens, but if it does: Email us at support@dopepickleball.co with your order number and a photo, and we’ll take care of it immediately.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. You’ll need to return your product and place a new order. That keeps everything smooth for both sides.

Most of our paddles are made to meet or exceed pro performance standards. Some models, like the High Roller Chrome Gold paddle, were too disruptive for traditional approval. We're here to innovate—not conform.

With normal use, your Dope paddle should last years. Edge guard wear and surface grit loss over time is normal, especially if you’re grinding it on the court. Take care of your paddle, and it’ll take care of you.
