Dope Pickleball Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you're not, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Please read the full policy below for eligibility, instructions, and key terms.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn/unused, with original tags and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@dopepickleball.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Only send items back after receiving approval. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at returns@dopepickleball.co so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
  • Personal care items (such as creams or sprays)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out before placing your order.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Instead:

  • Initiate a return for the item you want to send back.
  • Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. Please contact us via email to begin this process.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified via email of your refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
