THE HIGH ROLLER DESIGN
From the outline to the smallest mark.
The gold around the face makes the first impression. Look closer and High Roller becomes a series of smaller discoveries: script near the handle, card suits at the collar, a pattern continuing down the grip.
Stitch carried the same idea through each part. Follow the design around the paddle.
The chrome-gold finish describes the look, not the material: the edge guard is not metal. Accessories shown are sold separately.
High Roller × Michelob ULTRA
A small brand. A Super Bowl moment.
The black-and-gold idea reached a very different court in Michelob ULTRA’s 2025 Super Bowl commercial. Willem Dafoe and Catherine O’Hara play the hustlers. High Roller is the paddle in their hands.
BEHIND THE COMMERCIAL
A late-night call.
A next-morning shoot.
At 10 p.m. on a Sunday, Dope got the call: five more paddles were needed in Newport Beach by 7 a.m. A courier collected them in Phoenix and drove through the night.
The overnight delivery is recounted in Todd Boss’s Forbes feature.

Full Product Description
Art by Stitch. Defined by the gold outline.
High Roller’s chrome-gold paddle concept was created by Stitch, the artist behind Dope. Its reflective metallic edge guard finish frames a dark woven face with a gold outline, carrying the black-and-gold visual direction of the collection.
Metallic edge. Pure aesthetic. The metallic edge guard design is the chrome-gold finish arranged around the paddle’s perimeter. Metallic and chrome describe its color, reflection and styling; the edge guard itself is not made of metal. Explore the design and its origin.
The High Roller paddle appeared with Willem Dafoe and Catherine O’Hara in Michelob ULTRA’s 2025 Super Bowl campaign. Read how Dope’s High Roller design took shape.
Paddle construction
3K gold titanium PET weave with charged carbon technology. The chrome-gold perimeter finish describes the paddle’s appearance.
