No-Risk Shopping, Just the Dope Stuff
You have 14 days from delivery to request a store credit or exchange if your item meets the conditions below. This helps us stay fair and fast while protecting the brand from policy abuse.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Be in its original packaging (tags, stickers, wrap, etc.)
- Show absolutely no signs of use (no scuffs, dings, dirt, or sweat)
- Include proof of purchase from dopepickleball.co
Note: Any item returned showing signs of wear will be sent back to you at your expense. We do not issue refunds—only store credit or exchanges.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and final sale:
- Limited edition or custom drops
- Gift cards
- Clearance or discounted items
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email contact@dopepickleball.co within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and photos of the product in its original, unused condition.
- Wait for our team to review and approve your request. Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender at your cost.
Warranty Against Defects
We guarantee all Dope Pickleball products are free of manufacturer defects upon delivery. If you believe your paddle or product is defective, reach out within 14 days of delivery for evaluation.
What We Cover:
- Structural or manufacturing defects affecting functionality
What We Don’t Cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, edge wear, grit fading)
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper storage
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs
- Damage from using your paddle on non-pickleball surfaces or objects
Resolution Options:
- Repair or refurbish the item
- Replace the item with an equivalent model
- Issue store credit
Shipping Costs & Limitations
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
