30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request store credit or an exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided your item meets the strict eligibility criteria below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for store credit or an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including tags and protective coverings.
Items must show no signs of use (e.g., scuffs, dirt, alterations, or markings).
Proof of purchase from dopepickleball.co is required.

Note: Items that show any signs of wear or use will not be eligible for credit, exchange, or return, and they will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for any refunds, returns, or exchanges:

Limited Edition items
Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom paddles or embroidered gear)
Gift cards
Clearance or sale items

Important: Unauthorized returns or items that fail to meet the eligibility criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Warranty Against Defects

We guarantee that all Dope Pickleball products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. If you believe your item has a defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for evaluation.

What Is Covered:

Manufacturing defects that affect the functionality or durability of the product.

What Is Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, scratches, discoloration).
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care.
Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
Damage resulting from use in unintended ways (e.g., hitting non-pickleball objects).

Resolution Options: For qualifying warranty claims, we may, at our discretion:

Repair the item
Replace the item
Issue store credit

Shipping Costs & Limitations

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
